2744079 | Primary Facility | 2018-06-20 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, well was abandoned. Researching the operator on file, it was determined that the operator on file has passed away and there is no information leading to a new operator. The well was equipped with rods and 2" tubing. The casing appeared to be 6 1/4" inside of 8 5/8". Some old batteries were sitting by the well. There were no leaks noticed at the well. Access to the well will be difficult because it is now overgrown and was a little wet. There was a hunting stand just uphill from the well.
Well will be placed on the DEP plugging fund list. |
