Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2012783 Primary Facility 2011-10-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted During this inspection, well sign and ES plan located onsite. Recommend operator add additional rock to access road, due to steep nature and heavy rains ruts have developed. It appears that site has been temporarily stabilized with vegetation--as growth is observed. Bmp's installed, but sections of filter fence appear compromised due to fraying and disconnect between sections; therefore, department is recommending operator repair bmp's in order to minimize the potential for accelerated ES. Well drilled not yet in production. One below grade pit located onsite, appears pit contents are currently at 2ft of lined freeboard. Operator should continue to monitor/maintain pit levels as well as all bmp's until final/permanent site restoration is achieved. Noted that operator plans to encapsulate cuttings according to regulation. No accelerated erosion/sedimentation or industrial waste issues noted during this inspection
