No Production equipment present and no production occurring at this well head. Inspector has requested that the Water Quality personnel inspect site for site restoration. As noted in the attached picture, surface water has created a pond around well. The area has not been graded sufficiently to allow surface drainage. At the time of inspection, no IW issue at the site. |
