2680194 Primary Facility 2018-01-02 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted Well is currently on inactive active status. Well was originally inspected for inactive status on 3/6/2014. Inactive status is granted for 5 years. After 5 years well must be plugged or put into production unless the operator applies for an extension of inactive status which may be granted on a year to year basis as long as the well still meets the qualifications. Well was transfered to Hilcorp from RE Gas Dev LLC but the Department's electronic records system has not been updated to reflect this.
2770848 Primary Facility 2018-09-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection of regulatory inactive well. Well has small condensation tank on a liner. Operator is waiting for work-over rig to arrive. Contractor is also working on gas processing equipment and pads within the well pad.

Former SWEPI and Rex Energy site. No E&S or other issues noted.

Pipeline construction to produce Kephart wells is also underway.

2776988 Primary Facility 2018-09-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection. Contractor is currently set up testing the two wells on the pad, 2HD (073-20372) and 1HS (073-20363). Four box tanks, test equipment and flare (not lit) on site.

No E&S or others issues noted during inspection.

Kephart pipeline construction is active nearby.

2804598 Primary Facility 2018-11-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Two wells on site: 1HS (073-20363), 2HD (073-20372). Crews are on site working on wells. Sand traps and collection tank on site. Recent work has been done to finish and update gas processing equipment. Both wells have individual vertical sand traps and appear to be plumbed to a single open-top roll-off box tank on a bermed liner serving as secondary containment. Wells are not in production yet.
  • PLEASE BE SURE TO COVER THE OPEN TOP TANK IS USED TO STORE PRODUCTION FLUID

Nearby activity on Kephart pipeline is under construction.

2827580 Primary Facility 2019-01-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Two wells on site: 1HS (073-20363), 2HD (073-20372). Both wells appear to be in production. Large well tags attached to tubing near wellheads. Both wells have individual sand traps that are both plumbed to an open-top 3,000 gal roll-off tank with a gas buster bar. Methanol drip tank set up to serve both wells and equipment. *Tanks used to store production fluid cannot be open-topped; please be sure to cover the open-top tank*. Two 500 bbl steel tanks in fabricated lined dike, production equipment, and 20 ft flare (lit) located at west end of well pad. Site is snow-covered.
