1468350987 2016-06-28 Final Restoration No Violations My purpose for inspection was to follow up on the final restoration status of this location. The previous inspection on 6/18/2013 indicated that the gravel and wood blocks for the pump jack remained on location. My inspection revealed that the access road continued to be used by the surface owner. The gravel and woodblocks had been removed from the location. I did observe several casing thread protectors scattered around the ground surface near the coordinates of the plugged well. The entire area was stablized with well established vegetation. No well or production equipment remained on location. The Humphrey 2 meets the criteria for Final Restoration status.
