The threaded cap was constructed to allow for a threaded plug on top but instead contained a section of wood shoved inside. The well was not leaking gas or fluids at time of inspection. The well was situated on a strip of land on the edge of an agricultural field and between a residential dwelling and Grain Company. Access to the well will need to be discussed with the current landowner. A GPS reading from this inspection was obtained and recorded for the well and a potential entry point at rusted steel gate off Limestone Street between Grain Company and a residential dwelling. |
