0668608398 2013-05-13 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit consists of the following elements: a concoil unit in partial wooden partition, and a tank battery. The tank battery is comprised of 2 100-barrel steel tanks, a skid-mounted compressor, and associated mechanical separator. One of the battery tanks is rusting through the side and needs maintenance or removal. I contacted Paul Mihalik and he indicated that they are in the process of switching out the tank. I did not observe any other problems or issues.
0840376760 2018-07-16 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead plunger-lift system with associated tank battery (one 100-barrel steel stock tank and separator). The load-line valve was secure and plugged. The tank lid was closed and sealed. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from leakage or problems. I walked the areas around the wellhead and battery and found no signs of impact or problems.

The well and battery are located in a clearing within an otherwise wooded parcel at the edge of a residential development. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead plunger-lift system with associated tank battery (one 100-barrel steel stock tank and separator). The load-line valve was secure and plugged. The tank lid was closed and sealed. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from leakage or problems. I walked the areas around the wellhead and battery and found no signs of impact or problems. The lease road was in good condition with no observed washouts or erosional deficits. I noted that the signage had become worn and faded and I notified Paul Mihalik.

1418673059 2014-12-15 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected the location of this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead is semi-enclosed in a wooden structure. The 1.5-inch black flexible flow-line from the concoil unit is showing some degradation and a blistered area which may leak in the near future. The rusting tank which had been noted during a previous inspection has been removed. The new tank does not yet have complete ID signage. I contacted Paul Mihalik and advised about the ID and need for repair or replacement on the flexible flow-line.
