1595844095 2014-11-04 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead plunger lift and battery are located on a short, shared farmstead driveway/access road from S. Madison Rd (SR 528). Fittings and connections at the wellhead are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel steel tank, 1 50-barrel steel brine tank and a separator. Fittings and connections at the battery are free from signs of leakage or problems. Secondary containment is present. Load-outs are bull-plugged. There is no identification at this unit. I notified Ed Butler at Broad Street about the deficiency.

1771676414 2017-10-13 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: The wellhead plunger-lift system and associated tank battery located on a larger, rural parcel, adjacent to an agricultural field. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: The load lines were plugged and secure. The secondary containment was intact and dry with no signs of leaks or spills. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from leakage or problems. I noted that the interior portion of the battery was moderately overgrown with vegetation. I walked the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery, and found the natural greenscape to be free from signs of impact or degradation. I notified the well owner about the need for vegetation removal.
