0975960558 2016-09-21 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection today is a status check on a producing well. During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing, 4.5 inch diameter production casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. The well is capable of production and the valves are opened. The production equipment for this well consists of two 100 barrel steel tanks and one vertical separator. Production equipment is shared between 3416727735, 3416727736, 3416728301, 3416728286, and 3416728287. Identification can be found at the well and on the 100 barrel tank. No violations present during my inspection.
2009999754 2006-03-03 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found well producing with jack, good IDs at tank, good dike, removing some of the extra tanks.
