1363700936 2013-03-19 Production Wells No Violations Inspection of well head found the following equipment present at the well head-4.5 production casing- 2 tubing and pumping rods with the production valves open and the well being produced by the means of a pumping unit. A single 100 barrel production tank is located in an established dike with a mechanical separator. Inspector will note that contact will be made to Jim Yontz in regards to posting better well identification and keeping the dike free of water.
1969899586 2017-12-04 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found the well equipped with 8.625 diameter surface casign 4.5 diameter production casing and 2 diameter production tubing with the well being set up to be produced by the means of a pumping unit with flow lines attached to the tubing and casing well heads with valves present and in the open position. At the production facility a single 100 barrel steel construction tank is present inside an earthen dike with proper well identification posted.
