0669993875 | 2015-04-24 | Production Wells | No Violations | I was on location to perform an inspection of this production well. The lease road is stable and graveled. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike and fencing. The tank battery contains a 210bbl production tank, 50bbl brine tank and a vertical and horizontal separator. The well is a plunger lift well , has identification and is surrounded by a fence. The fence has recently been moved from around the wellhead and the area around the wellhead has been excavated. The area is full of water and is bubbling with gas from the leaking 8.625 diameter casing. The tank battery has the incorrect identification posted. I have contacted C&T Energy and they will have proper identification installed and the leaking wellhead fixed to no longer leak gas. I will follow up to ensure the wellhead is made to no longer leak and the proper identification posted. |
1081784457 | 2015-10-19 | Production Wells | No Violations | I was on location to check the status of fixing the leaking wellhead on this well. A service rig pulled tubing from the well and it is currently sitting on a tubing rack next to the well. A new wellhead has been installed on the 4.5 diameter casing and the well is currently producing through open casing. The tubing will be run back into the well and the plunger lift assembly reinstalled when the well has been sold down and pressures are low. |
