1351084770 2012-10-24 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I am on site today to witness the cementing of the 18 5/8 casing. This job was to have been done 4 days ago. During the installation of the casing it became hung at 260 ft. The H &P 285 Rig was drilling on freshwater. They have since converted to Bentonite mud, conditioned the wellbore and have 18 5/8 casing at 592 ft in a 22 inch hole. Nabors Well Service in on site to cement the casing.

2090714947 2012-10-06 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I am on site today to witness the running and cementing of the conductor string. Lightning Well Service set 100 ft of 24 inch conductor. Petroset Cementing used 80 sks of Class A . Had good returns to surface.
