1537893704 2018-09-25 Casing String Witnessed No Violations The said well was spudded on 09/25/2018 by Precision Rat Hole with a 30 diameter surface borehole being drilled to 120 from ground level elevation, fresh water was encountered at 50. The rig inserted 121.5 of 24 diameter .375 wall 94.6 pound per foot weld connection casing. Stingray cement the casing on this day using a 62.5 barrel slurry volume consisting of 290 sacks of class A cement with 2% calcium and 1/4 pound per sack loss circulation material. The cement weight was verified at 15. pound per gallon by weight of scale and the cement yield was 1.2 by design. The cement was displaced with 57 barrels of fresh water with cement returns witnessed to surface at 42 barrels into displacement.
1541380119 2018-11-04 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection at 18:15 hours to witness the surface casing cement job with H&P Drilling rig 608 on location along with Wyoming Casing and Schlumberger Cement Service. The rig has drilled a 17.5 diameter surface borehole to a measured depth of 1,967 off of a drilling rig Kelly Bushing heigth of 28.6 above ground level elevation. The target formation depth is 100above the Big Injun formation. The borehole was air drilled and upon reaching total depth several soap sweeps were pumped before pulling the drill string. The rig inserted 1,877 of J-55 grade buttress thread casing with a guide shoe and float collar ran along with casing centralizers on every 3rd casing collar. The casing string weight was a 3 different weights with (3) 68 pound joints on bottom followed by (12) 61 pound joints then the remainder being 54.5 pound per foot. The well head is a FMC mandrill speed head. The last 3 acing joints ran were circulated in with fresh water with circulation being established. Schlumberger Cemented the casing using a 331 barrel cement mix consisting of 1,574 sacks of class A cement. The cement was displaced with a cement plug and 282 barrels of fluid to the float collar with the final displacement pressure of 766 pounds pressure and the casing being pressure tested to 1,470 pounds pressure. Gel was witnessed to surface at 224 barrels into displacement with cement to surface at 233 barrels into displacement. Plug down at 22:05 pm.
