The rig has drilled a 17.5 diameter surface borehole to a measured depth of 1,967 off of a drilling rig Kelly Bushing heigth of 28.6 above ground level elevation. The target formation depth is 100above the Big Injun formation. The borehole was air drilled and upon reaching total depth several soap sweeps were pumped before pulling the drill string. The rig inserted 1,877 of J-55 grade buttress thread casing with a guide shoe and float collar ran along with casing centralizers on every 3rd casing collar. The casing string weight was a 3 different weights with (3) 68 pound joints on bottom followed by (12) 61 pound joints then the remainder being 54.5 pound per foot. The well head is a FMC mandrill speed head. The last 3 acing joints ran were circulated in with fresh water with circulation being established. Schlumberger Cemented the casing using a 331 barrel cement mix consisting of 1,574 sacks of class A cement. The cement was displaced with a cement plug and 282 barrels of fluid to the float collar with the final displacement pressure of 766 pounds pressure and the casing being pressure tested to 1,470 pounds pressure. Gel was witnessed to surface at 224 barrels into displacement with cement to surface at 233 barrels into displacement. Plug down at 22:05 pm. |
