Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0420953103 2017-01-18 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection is a status check on a producing well. The pad name is Warner and there are a total of 7 wells on this pad. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. The production equipment for this well consists of ten 400 barrel tanks within containment, and seven gas processing units. The vapor recovery system consists of two compressors and three Cimarron combustors. The production records are current, the identification is located at the wellhead, and there are no violations present.
0457611539 2014-11-24 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection finds circulation was lost prior to beginning cementing operations on 11-23-14. Circulation has been reestablished. The company will test the formation for pump rate and fluid weight stability before attempting to cement the casing.
0607412378 2015-05-18 Completion Testing No Violations My inspection today finds the service Fortis service rig is still fishing for the wireline and perforating guns left in the hole.
0690033138 2017-11-20 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection today was a status check on a production well. The pad was named Warner and it consisted of 7 wells. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with production valves in the open position. The production equipment consisted of ten 400 barrel tanks, 7 gas production units, one vent scrubber, and 2 combustors. The natural gas pipeline tie in was located on the Northwest side of the pad. The identification was located on the wellhead and production records were current.
1400811908 2017-08-10 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection today was a status check on a production well. The pad was named Warner and it consisted of 7 wells. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with production valves in the open position. The production casing had a gauge present reading 400 pounds per square inch and the production tubing had a gauge present reading 202 pounds per square inch. The production equipment consisted of tin 400 barrel tanks, 7 gas production units, and 2 combustors. The natural gas pipeline tie in was located on the Northwest side of the pad. The identification was located on the wellhead.
1415193073 2014-11-05 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the drilling rig is drilling 8.75 hole at a depth of 10,731. The rig is consistently encountering four to five thousand units of gas while drilling.
1416402768 2014-11-19 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the drilling rig, Patterson 343, has reached a total measured depth of 18,606. They are currently pulling the drill pipe out of the hole. The rig will then run 18,600 of 5.5 casing into the well.
1462901038 2015-07-30 Preliminary Restoration No Violations My inspection today finds the well site meets the preliminary restoration requirements of 1509.072(A). Well Service Group is onsite removing matting boards. The well has not been connected to production pipelines. The lease road has recently been treated with a dust suppression product.
1549534230 2015-05-06 Completion Testing No Violations My inspection today finds Key Well Service is fishing for a lost string of perforating guns. No violations were noted.
1731536956 2015-02-20 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the perforating crew has become stuck in the curve. The company will cut the cable and remove the remaining line from the well as soon as the blow out preventer is unthawed. Once the procedure is finished operations will begin on another well on the pad.
1785540083 2018-02-02 Production Wells No Violations Status check following a nearby pipeline mechanical issue that is not owned by Antero. The purpose of my inspection today was a status check on a production well. The pad was named Warner and it consisted of 7 wells. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with production valves in the open position. The production equipment consisted of ten 400 barrel tanks, 7 gas production units, one vent scrubber, and 2 combustors. The natural gas pipeline tie in was located on the Northwest side of the pad with no issues present. The identification was located on the wellhead and production records were current.
1881243581 2016-06-17 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well is equipped in a manner consistent with being capable of production. The tank battery consists of twelve 400 barrel tanks set inside of a plastic lined steel containment system. Additionally, there are seven production units (GPUs) also set inside of a plastic lined steel containment system. Three Cimarron combustors and two compressors make up the vapor recovery system. A Meyers Well Service truck is on location hauling brine at the time of inspection.
2141382752 2015-12-07 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well is back in production. The site is staffed by a Warrior employee 24 hours a day.
