0073527308 | 2017-01-21 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection today is to witness the 24 inch diameter conductor being cemented into a 30 inch diameter hole that is 120 feet in depth. Water was encountered at 35 feet during the drilling process. Stingray Cementing, Precision Rathole, Petta, and Eclipse are all on location. A pre-job safety meeting was held with all personnel on location. Stingray pumped to break circulation then 15 barrels of gel spacer, 10 barrels of fresh water, 62.5 barrels of cement weighing 15.6 pounds per gallon, and 58 barrels of displacement. 19 barrels of cement returns were established. |
0936524641 | 2017-03-31 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | During my inspection H&P Flex rig Drilling Rig number 531 was rigging down and moving off of location after reaching a total measured depth of 18516 feet on March 23 2017. |
1200144719 | 2017-03-10 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to witness 1670 feet of 13.375 inch diameter surface casing being cemented in a 17.5 inch diameter borehole that is 1775 feet in depth. I witnessed the last four joints and the landing joint being ran. A pre-job safety meeting was held with all personnel on location including, H&P rig crew, Halliburton, and Eclipse company men. Mix water was tested and results were satisfactory. Haliburton pumped 300 barrels of fresh water, 25 barrels of gel spacer, 5 barrels water, and 298 barrels of cement at 15.8 pound per gallon. Top plug was dropped and displaced with 251 barrels of water. The plug was bumped at 1350 pounds per square inch and held for 5 minutes. Halliburton bled back to barrels to the pump truck and confirmed that the floats held. 50 barrels of cement returns were witnessed in the cellar. Halliburton and I checked Cement density with pressurized scales during the job to verify a weight of 15.8 pounds per gallon. |
1493125535 | 2017-04-25 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a preliminary restoration. During my inspection Halliburton was setting up on location to preform completion operations. There were no violations present and location has met 1509.072 A requirements. |
1832064213 | 2017-01-20 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Precision Drilling equipment was on location with two rotary auger rigs, one is drilling the 6H and the other is drilling the 8H. During my inspection Precision was drilling the 30 inch conductor hole at a depth of 75 feet. The proposed depth of the hole is 120 feet. According to Precision personnel the casing will be ran today 1/20/17 and cemented tomorrow 1/21/17. |
2051043696 | 2017-03-09 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | During my inspection H&P Drilling Rig 531 was drilling the 17.5 inch diameter borehole at a depth of 200 feet. The proposed depth of the borehole is 1775 feet. The 13.375 inch diameter surface casing was evaluated on the pipe rack. Cementing calculations were discussed with the Eclipse Cement Consultant. Estimated time for cementing the surface casing is 9:00 AM, 3/10/17. |
2117075260 | 2017-08-21 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a production well. During my inspection the well was equipped with a workover hand wheel gate valve at the base of a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Pressure monitoring was present on the tubing, casing, and the annulus. The production equipment consisted of six 400 barrel tanks, triethylene glycol dehydration unit, three sand traps, three gas production units, and one gas combustor. Acadian Contractors were on location working on production equipment. Deep Well Services and ST&E were loading produced fluids from tank battery. |
2134507536 | 2017-03-14 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | During my inspection H&P Drilling Rig 531 was at a depth of 6589 feet in the 12.25 inch diameter borehole and experiencing problems with their directional drilling equipment. The rig was tripping out of hole. |
