0540426961 | 2017-08-24 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with an electric powered pumping unit. The motor, drive belts and electric were intact. The flow lines were connected and the valves were open. There was a small oil stain on the ground near the wellhead, but there were no active leaks. The production equipment consisted of two 100 barrel steel tanks and one horizontal separator in an earthen dike, and one 70 barrel steel tank outside of the dike. I found no leaks or spills around the tanks. There was an identification sign posted that was faded, but still legible. |
