0803956130 | 2014-10-15 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. This well was completed on 12/14/2008. The wellhead and battery are located within the Sterling Lakes condominium facility on Brainard Rd. Access to the wellhead and battery are from the multi-use driveway shared with the facility. There is a short access road from the driveway area. The wellhead is fitted with a mechanical plunger lift system and is located in a locked and gated chain-link enclosure. The fittings and connections are intact and appear functioning normally. The tank battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel low-boy production tank, 1 50-barrel brine tank, and separator unit in a board-on-board enclosure. The interior areas are in good condition and free from signs of leakage or problems. Spacing of elements meets requirements. Process safety gear (spark arrestor, low-pressure relief valve, carbon filter) are present. The secondary containment is intact and free from fluids. Enclosure gates are locked. I did not observe any problems at the time of this inspection. |

1464482957 | 2015-03-09 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. Access to the well and battery is via a short dedicated access road on the north side of the cluster home community. The wellhead plunger lift and battery are in separate board-on-board enclosures. At the time of my inspection, the enclosure gates are locked, load-outs are plugged, secure, and locked, and connections and fittings are secure and free from signs of leakage or other problems. At the time of this inspection, the surrounding areas are snow-covered. I did not observe any signs of impact relating to the on-going production activity at the time of this inspection. |

1873154302 | 2017-08-10 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger lift system and associated tank battery in separate board-on-board enclosures adjacent to a newer condo development. The enclosure gates were locked. The load line valves were secure. The secondary containment was intact. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure. The surrounding areas are comprised of tall grasses and other vegetation, with a short, gravel-paved access road. I did not observe any signs of problems. |
