0988228322 2004-05-26 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery is shared with permits 2490 and 2516 and consists of 1-100 bbl storage tank, 1-50 bbl salt water tank, 2-separators a dike and a fence.
1106897785 2010-09-30 Production Wells No Violations I performed a random field inspection. I GPSd both the tank battery and the wellhead. I continued to walk around both the wellhead and the tank battery. This inspection satisfies 1501:9-9-05. There were no violations at this time.
2014212480 2017-12-13 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-2380. Inspector John Fleming was present during the inspection. A review of RBDMS indicated production reporting was current. Access to the well was through a residential yard. The well head and tank battery were enclosed by a locked chain-link fence enclosures obscured by landscaping. Correct identification was present. The 8.625 well head was at grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. The tank battery was shared with #2-2516 and #2-2490. All equipment was within a locked chain-link fence enclosure obscured by landscaping. Correct identification was present. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the equipment. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) common 140 bbl production tank and one (1) common 50 bbl brine tank. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 7 day chart. The production tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. The brine tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection.
