0573959572 | 2018-08-14 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-2645. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Access to the well remained drivable and stable. The well was located within a locked chain-link enclosure that contained privacy screening and correct identification. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the closed position. No leaks were observed. A domestic supply connection was present. The tank battery was shared with 2-2640, 2641, 2673 and 2882. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the equipment. A locked chain-link fence enclosure was constructed along the inner perimeter of the dike. Correct identification for all wells produced into the battery was present on the fence. Equipment on location consisted of five (5) horizontal separators and two (2) 100 bbl production tanks and two (2) 70 bbl production tanks. The separators remained in good repair and contained current 7 day production charts. The tanks remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. The hatch lids were closed. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
1377163783 | 2009-03-11 | Production Wells | No Violations | I performed a random field inspection. I GPSd both the tank battery and the wellhead. I continued to walk around both the tank battery and the wellhead and found both to be in good shape. There were no violations at this time. |
1843412923 | 2004-02-11 | Production Wells | No Violations | The tank battery is shared with permits 2640, 2641, 2673 and 2882 and consists of 2-100 bbl storage tanks, 2-50 bbl salt water tanks, 5-separators, a dike and a fence. |
