Well identification is posted at the wellhead, however it very faded. A Do Not Operate tag dated 05/09/2018 was also noted at the wellhead. At the time of the inspection, it was noted that the line from the wellhead to the separator was open, however the tubing head was shut-in at the wellhead. As all noted wellhead valves were shut-in, the well is not currently in production, in accordance with Chiefs Order #2014-459. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection. |
