1625402184 | 2013-07-25 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery consists of two 100 BBL production tanks, a 50 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. |
1770463254 | 2018-05-30 | Production Wells | No Violations | At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the annulus and flow line valves were open. Production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of two 100 BBL tanks, one 50 BBL steel brine tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open. The 50 BBL tank had a small seep in the side of it. The tank battery was diked with legible signage. The lease access was stable. I contacted Bill Fitzmartin of M&R Investments about disconnecting and emptying the 50 BBL tank. Mr. Fitzmartin stated that the company would get someone out to take care of the 50 BBL tank. |
