0209796951 | 2013-11-19 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and tank battery are in good repair and are surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The lease road and tank battery are being shared by permit number 2-1308. |
2099002876 | 2018-10-10 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted an inspection on this well. At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and in production. The well was fenced. The tank battery was comprised of one 210 BBL tank, one 100 BBL tank and a mechanical separator. The 210 BBL tank had holes along the side and near the top. It had been emptied and disconnected from the other production equipment. No leaks were visible at or near the 210 BBL tank. The tank battery was diked, fenced and shared with well 2-1308. Legible signage was located at the tank battery. The lease access was stable. I contacted Select Energy Investments, Inc and spoke with owner Richard Campola. Mr. Campola confirmed that the well was producing and was producing into the tank battery that well 2-1287 also produces into. |
