0543402184 2013-06-19 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The fence around the wellhead is falling apart and is in need of repair. The tank battery is in good repair and surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 35 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
0841378055 2017-03-06 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were open. The well was fenced but the fence was damaged and needed repaired. The last reported production for this well was in 2014. The tank battery consisted of one 140 BBL production tank, one 50 BBL poly brine tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open and the chart dated 2/28/17 showed production. There was a domestic line plumbed off of the separator with a a meter, drip bottle and regulator. Tank valves were equipped with flat plugs. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. Signage was located at the tank battery location. The lease access was stable. I contacted Matt Postlathwaite of Alliance about repairing the fencing around the well.
