The production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open. The tank battery was diked and had legible signage. The lease access was stable.

1328990121 2007-06-07 Preliminary Restoration No Violations One 210 BBL one 110BBl tank on site, Heat treat separator on site, heating lines are not hooked up. Well head has a pump jack. Well head is leaking company needs to fix leak and clean up oil. Old pump jack on site needs removed. Site is graded and seeded, vegetation is established. Operator has well marked as 1787, last number on the permit sign needs fixed. Called John Smit, he will have oil cleaned up and well sign corrected. They are storing pump jack on site until next well is drilled. Restoration is passed. Sign and oil leak are production issues.
1364990630 2013-04-03 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found today that the water around the well had had been pumped out and the seal around the 4.5 had been tightened down and was not leaking. Nothing else has changed since my last inspection.
1387221918 2013-03-27 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a pump jack. The wellhead was surrounded by a dike that was filled with water. The seals around the 4.5 inch pipe were leaking. I advised John Smit the well tender of the issue. He stated he would have it corrected tomorrow. The tank battery is in good repair. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
