Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0126703075 2013-01-31 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery containing a 210 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank and separators had a new SPCC dike built up around recently. This tank battery also serves permit #20485. The pumpjack well was pumping during the time of the inspection. There are no violations at this time.
0193513229 2002-10-31 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Inspection revealed that the pit liners are intact and the fluid levels are acceptable . No violations at this time .
0242511661 2018-05-16 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found this well equipped with a walking beam pumping unit driven by an electric motor. Well has 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.7 inch diameter tubing, and rods. Casing and tubing valves open. Pump is running. Domestic meter at well. Production equipment includes two 100 barrel steel tanks, 210 barrel steel tank, 2 meter boxes, vertical seperator, and drips. Production records are current.
0493900300 2016-09-13 Production Wells No Violations On the date of my inspection I found a shared tank battery to include two properly identified 100 barrel tanks, 1 properly identified 210 barrel tank, a 30 barrel poly brine tank, 2 vertical separators, 2 drips, and 2 production meter boxes with current charts within an earthen dike. The well is equipped with a pumping unit, rods, 2.375 inch tubing and 4.5 inch casing. The tubing and casing valves are in the open position. There is a residential diaphragm meter and drip tied into the casing. There is a small leak coming from the T-pipe where the residential line ties into the casing. Jim with Samurai was notified and he indicated he would fix it later in the day. The production records are only current through 2014.
0542026008 2017-06-05 Production Wells No Violations On the date of my inspection I found the production equipment to include two properly identified 100 barrel tanks, 1 properly identified 210 barrel tank, a 30 barrel poly brine tank, 2 vertical separators, 2 drips, and 2 production meter boxes with orifice plates and current charts within an earthen dike. The well is equipped with a pumping unit, rods, 2.375 inch tubing and 4.5 inch casing. A 2.375 inch production line ties into both the tubing and casing, a gauge on the line reads 65 pounds per square inch. The tubing and casing valves are in the open position. There is a 1 inch line tied into the casing that runs to a drip with a pressure gauge reading 18.5 pounds per square inch, then to a residential diaphragm meter. The valve on the residential line is open. The production records are current. There is a spare pumping unit near the well head as well as some rolled up plastic liner from a recent work-over job on this well.

The well is equipped with a pumping unit, rods, 2.375 inch tubing and 4.5 inch casing. A 2.375 inch production line ties into both the tubing and casing, a gauge on the tubing reads 30 pounds per square inch, while a gauge on the casing reads 75 pounds per square inch. The tubing and casing valves are in the open position. There is a 1 inch line tied into the casing that runs to a drip with a pressure gauge reading 19 pounds per square inch, then to a residential diaphragm meter. The valve on the residential line is open. The production records are current. There is a spare pumping unit near the well.
1351021203 2012-10-23 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found a well maintained lease road leading up to 210 barrel production tank, 100 barrel brine tank and a horizontal separator contained in a dike. The tank battery also serves well 20485. The tank battery was clearly marked with the proper signage. The site was free of any leaking oil or spills. The well has a pump jack located on it.
