During my inspection the well was equipped with a plunger lift system with valves in the open position. Pressure relief valves were installed on the annulus. The production equipment consisted of five gas production units, eight 400-barrel tanks with vent lines plumbed directly into the combustor. A berm had been installed around the pad since my last inspection. A Mark West Pipeline tie in was located on the west side of the pad.
