No one was onsite during my inspection but I later spoke with Barry Graham of Exco via phone. The contractor, Penn Mechanical Group has completed all of the restoration work covered under ESX11-033-0001(01) PCSM plan. All disturbed and/or restored areas have been seeded and mulched. Vegetative growth is at approximately 60%. No trees have been planted in the restored impoundment area to date per the agreement between DCNR and EXCO. Tree planting will take place in the Spring of 2018.
All E&S BMPS remain in place. During my inspection I observed standing water present on the well pad. I discussed my observation with Mr. Graham and he stated that this standing water will be addressed by grading the pad. There is one drilled Marcellus well onsite tagged as (033-26998).
