The operator will apply for necessary Emergency 105 permit to perform repairs to the stream crossing and to remediate impacts to an unnamed trib. to Job Creek from sediment discharges associated with E&S BMPs failure on site after the recent rainfall event. The remediation will be performed by hand as much as possible. 13 wells have been permitted for the site. Site under construction. No wells have been drilled at time of inspection. |

During the September 6, 2017 E&S inspection the operator noted failures along the silt sock down gradient from the excess material stockpiles. The operator has stabilized the site with armor guard hydro seed as areas of construction are complete. The erosion prevention seeding did not perform as expected and sediment laden water over toped the silt sock discharging small amount of sediment approximately 20' outside the LOD.
