2582574 Primary Facility 2017-04-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, arrived on site at 8:55a.m.

The cellar was full of gravel and there was no gas detected at the perimeter of the cellar. The (9x5) annulus vent pipe was open and set up with a Taylor plug to check for pressure with a Crystal pressure gauge, the valve going to the production tank was closed. There was 467psi on the production casing and 437psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. I left the site at 9:15a.m.

2688379 Primary Facility 2018-01-30 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection.

The cellar was full of gravel and was unable to check for gas because the gravel was frozen. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted.
