No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted in relation to well site. Site was restored, but noted several areas that did not exhibit 70% successful vegetative growth. Recommend that operator reseeded and mulch areas in question to ensure uniform coverage. Operator should continue to closely monitor access road. Please note, that dept could not locate official Well Record of Completion; it is recommended that the operator resubmit document to the regional office. |
