2726498 | Primary Facility | 2018-05-04 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | XTO personnel on site currently working on production unit bringing wells online. All production equipment is within containment. All wells are connected to the sales line. Dehydration unit and compressor on north side of location.
Flowback equipment onsite, but is disconnected. 2 disconnected 500 Bbl flow back tanks in containment on location. Wells are connected to sand separators that are connected to a 500 Bbl tank in containment. |
2750525 | Primary Facility | 2018-07-11 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | This well has been completed in a forested area off of Knoxdale Road. The spud date for this well was 5/22/2017. The ESCGP that covers this site is ESX11-065-0037B. Four other wells on this pad have also been completed:
(065-26972 - R.C. Winslow # 1H, 065-26992 - R.C. Winslow 2H, 065-26993 - R.C. Winslow 3H, and 065-27080 - R.C. Winslow # 6HU). The access road and well pad had been stabilized with rock, but recent weather and traffic have caused erosion of the road surface. Stabilization should be monitored. No violations were noted during this inspection. |
2771945 | Primary Facility | 2018-09-06 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, well appeared to be producing. The well integrity was in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills. The tubing gauge was reading about 1500 psi. The well was hooked up to a self contained unit with methanol in it. There were 2 of these units onsite. The well was labeled and the Emergency Response sign was posted at the site entrance.
Near the wells was a diffuser tank and 4 separator units. The diffuser tank was in high berm plastic containment. At the corner of the pad was a compressor station. Also, contained within a lined, steel dike were 6 steel tanks, 2 very large line heater / separator units, and 4 average size line heater / separator units. |
