2043377 | Primary Facility | 2012-02-16 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Site constructed, drilling had not commenced at the time of the inspection. Perimeter erosion controls had been implemented and maintained properly. Observed no accelerted erosion or sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. Noted that the first culvert implemented on the access road had been extended too far and it should have approximately 24 to 30 inches removed from the outlet end. The drill pit had not been constructed properly. Specifically the sides of the pit had not been constructed at an angle and there were several rocks observed in the drill pit sidewall. The Department recommends that the operator address the pit issues prior to lining and utilizing the drill pit. |
