2627754 | Primary Facility | 2017-08-16 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On August 16, 2017, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Repsol Oil and Gas USA LLC, Rogers H (05-235) well site in Windham Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins, Water Quality Specialist represented the Department. Nobody was present for Repsol.
The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. No erosion or sedimentation issues were observed. PCSM has been addressed at the site. One well was in production during the inspection. The well was labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellar. On GPU and One production tank were in secondary containment. Liquid within the containment was low in specific conductivity. Puddles on the pad were also low in specific conductivity. No staining was observed. Two infiltration basins were installed at the site to address PCSM. The well pad has not been reduced in size. A two year restoration extension was approved by the Department on 12/2/2016. No violations were observed during the |
