2409540 | Primary Facility | 2015-09-22 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Arrived @ 14:20, weather sunny and nice. This inspection was prompted by an Inactive Well Status Application. There is one spudded well on this pad. The well was tagged and shut-in, cellar water-filled. There was one annulus vent, which I believe to be the 9x5 annulus. Bubbling could be heard in the vent. Field monitoring with an Altair 5X gas meter calibrated on 9/21/15 yielded 10% methane in the annulus. There was side-to-side movement on the annular vent (approximately 6”, and limited by the well cellar grate cover. There were no violations at this time. Left @ 14:40. |

2651100 | Primary Facility | 2017-10-13 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On October 13, 2017, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Repsol Oil & Gas USA LLC, Carlsen C 05-174 well site in Windham Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins represented the Department. Nobody was present for Repsol.
The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was well vegetated and no erosion issues were observed. PCSM has been addressed at the site. There are no producing wells or production equipment on the site. The 015-22358 well was plugged in April of 2016. Repsol has plans to restore the site to approximate original contours. At the landowners request, a portion of the pad will be left for his use. A permit modification was submitted to the Department by Repsol to address the request from the landowner. No violations were observed during the inspection. |
