2599808 | Primary Facility | 2017-06-01 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Inspection to assess site conditions during well stimulation activities. I arrived on site at 12:40 hrs. All materials and equipment were stored within containment. No evidence of released fluids or chemicals was observed. No violations cited. |
2614701 | Primary Facility | 2017-07-12 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I met Brad Campbell, Repsol company man when I arrived. Frac had been completed on Sunday 7/9, and a workover rig should be arriving Wednesday afternoon to begin drilling out plugs. Most fracing equipment had been removed from the site. The Dyna-Tank was still present on the site and appeared to be empty. I located several spots on containment where there was water with elevated conductance; near the wellheads (5-10 gallons, 14 mS/cm), near the Dyna-Tank (less than a gallon, 7.8 mS/cm), at the Baker tank battery (10-15 gallons near the outside berm at 7.85 mS/cm, 2-3 gallons near the inside berm at 2.2- 4.1 mS/cm). Next to the inside berm of the Baker tank battery, a small amount of water (less than a gallon) was on the pad surface; this water showed low conductance (.8 mS/ cm). Brad had 2 vac trucks on the site, and said he would address the water on the containments. |
