2649108 | Primary Facility | 2017-10-10 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, well appears it has produced recently. The well is hooked up to a pump jack, which runs on electricity. This appeared to be active. The rods also have a sheen on them. Engine and belts looked to be in good shape. Integrity of the well was in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills at the site. There was a 100 bbl steel tank onsite with valves open. There was also a metal box at the location which had a riser in it. A strong smell of gas was coming from here. I did not see a label on the well. Production has never been reported to the Department. |
