The operator was is in the process of drilling Utica well 023-20235 using Patterson 328 Rig. The drilling depth was at approximately 6,650 ft. during the Departments inspection. The kick-off point is at 10,500 ft. with a total depth of 21,000 ft. All rig equipment, tanks, silos, diesel fuel tanks, oils, etc. have been placed on the primary rig timber mat containment. Each Utica well head is currently wrapped in black fabric. Adjacent to the Utica wells are 5 frac tanks stationed in secondary containment with a berm. Snow was observed within the containment system, There are 7 gas production units located on the E edge of the well pad. In addition, there are (5) 400 BBL produced fluids tanks stationed in a modular secondary cobtainment along the N edge of the well pad. Water within this containment is frozen and snow covered. Adjacent to the produced fluids containment are 20 manifolded frac tanks stationed in secondary containment with a berm. Snow was observed in the containment system.
