The site sign, drilling permits, E&S log, PPC plan, Emergency Response Plan (ERP), and work description of the pad were found onsite. Please note the PPC plan and ERP were dated June 2013 and February 2014 respectively. The Department recommends that the operator create current plans and place them onsite. The well pad was constructed in 2008. No ESCGP was ever assigned for the construction of this well; its under the 5 acre threshold. Weekly E&S inspections are not a requirement at this location because the operator does not have an ESCGP. But the operator shall follow their E&S plan they have. With that being said, please note that the weekly E&S log has been completed for the entire month of March 2018.
