Excavator parked near the impoundments. Operator stated last year when the liners were removed that the impoundments were to be removed in the future. An ESCGP-2 has been submitted for this site. No violations observed.

Traister Construction has started restoration of this site. Filter sock has been installed as per the original E&S plan. Two dozers working, at the time of this inspection, pushing in impoundment B. No violations observed.

2771121 Primary Facility 2018-08-31 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was producing. Well integrity appeared to be in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills. There was only some minor rust on the well. Cellar was filled in with gravel to surface. The well was properly labeled and the Emergency Response sign was posted at the site entrance. Tubing pressure was reading 321 psi on a gauge. There was 1 tanks within a lined, steel dike. There was also a line heater unit onsite.
