2592328 | Primary Facility | 2017-05-03 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | This is an inspection of DCNR 595 Pad E.
Electrical conductivity readings w an Oakton PCSTestr 35: production tank containment--0.13 mS/cm, separator containment--0.15 mS/cm, pad--1.2 mS/cm. Onsite during this inspection were 2 Seneca workers tending to the separators. The basin down gradient of the pad (photo) is not on the plan drawing. The basin along the access road (photo) is listed as a "rain garden" on the plan. Time: ~1500-1555 hrs |
2820629 | Primary Facility | 2018-12-28 | Site Restoration | No Violations Noted | This inspection covers DCNR 595 Pad E (not Pads C & G).
NOT denied. Slopes around the pad are temporarily stabilized with hydroseed and sparse vegetation (photo 2). Filter sock (photo 1) is considered a temporary E & S control and hydro seed temporary stabilization; ESCGP termination requires "permanent stabilization", and removal of temporary E & S controls. I took electrical conductivity readings from pooled water on site with an Oakton PCSTestr 35. A puddle near the production tanks returned 0.17 mS/cm. Air temp: 45F JLP |
