The well remains only connected to a pipeline, meter, and separator tank. A bull plug has been installed in the dump valve from the separator tank. During a previous inspection on 12/14/2011, it was noted that the well was tagged with the correct DEP permit number. This tag has fallen off since that time, and there is currently no identification on the well. The permit number has temporarily been written on the separator, but a permanent tag should be created and attached. The site has been graded to final contours and returned to its original condition as a farm field. Straw bales have been placed around the wellhead for an unknown reason. Production reporting for 2015 shows 6.90 Mcf of averaged production over 365 days. It is unclear why the production has been averaged since the well is equipped with a well-specific meter. Production information for 2016 was required by 2/15/2017 but has not been received by that |
