The access road was in good condition. A Site ID and E&S plan were posted on site. E&S controls were constructed according to the plan. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. The E&S controls on the lower side of the pad could use some maintenance, however no erosion is occurring yet and no material has left the pad.

The access road was in good condition. A Site ID and E&S plan were posted on site. E&S controls were constructed according to the plan. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. The E&S controls on the lower side of the pad could use some maintenance, however no erosion is occurring yet and no material has left the pad.

E&S controls were constructed according to the plan. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection.

A Site ID and E&S plan were posted on site. The pit appeared to be in good condition and was empty. E&S controls in the lowere corner needed maintenance again. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection.

The access road was in good condition. A Site ID and E&S plan were posted on site. The pit was closed. Equipment was on site restoring the pad. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection.
1958653 2011-02-17 No Violations Noted On February 17th, 2011 I visited this site as a routine inspection. Drilling was completed and the well was in production. The access road was in good condition. A Site ID and E&S plan were posted on site. The pit was closed. The site was rough graded. Additional riprap was added to the lower E&S controls. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls routinely and after each runoff event until the site is restored and 70% vegetative cover is achieved.
1992060 2011-07-08 No Violations Noted On July 8th, 2011 I visited this site as a routine inspection. Drilling was completed and the well was in production. The access road was in good condition. The site was restored and well vegetated. A well tag was present. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection.
