Found that the pit had been filled in although the site had not been regraded, seeded or mulched at the time of the inspection. Noted no accelerated erosion & sedimentation on the site or access road. The operator should continue to monitor the site and access road for accelerated erosion & sedimentation until final restoration activities are completed.
1778641 2009-03-24 Outstanding Violations - No Viols Req'd Met onsite with operator representatives Lee Bittinger and Dave Bittinger. Reviewed the violations outlined in previous inspections and how best to address and resolve them. Operator stated that they intend on stimulating the well. WQS Higgins requested that the operator inform him of the approximate date the stimulation will be occurring. In addition WQS Higgins informed the operator that the site as it is at this time has not been restored to meet the requirments set forth in section 206 of the Oil & Gas Act, i.e. the vegetative cover does not meet the 70% uniform coverage nor is there a BMP implemented capable of resisting accelerated erosion & sedimentation.
1907228 2010-08-19 No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 09/23/08. Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank and pumpjack apparatus located onsite. Brine tank appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been restored properly and the vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria.
