Would give you a jumpstart on NY well and spill information. This would help me out because I'm in the process of moving and can no longer monitor the site as well as I would like. The site pretty much runs itself based on information the NYS DEC publishes each day and should be pretty easy to incorporate into your site because we look to be using the same Mediawiki Foundation.
