| Preliminary Restoration status check inspection found the well site meets ORC 1509.072 with vegetation and erosion control in place. The company has a 8 high chain link fence erected around the well pad and proper signage at the location entry point. Addressing the well status, the well drilling and stimulation process is complete with 50 stages stimulated. Halliburton Pressure Pumping Service is on location standing by to complete the last 2 stages on the well. Following the stimulation completion a snubbing unit owned by Deep Well Services will complete the well and prepare it for production. | | Preliminary Restoration status check inspection found the well site meets ORC 1509.072 with vegetation and erosion control in place. -110 -ICY -TSH W625 Internal connection casing shall be ran with a external coupling size of 5.242. The casing will consist of a 2 part string and the upper section from 5,500 to surface will be 23lb/ft P-110 ICY-TSH Blue with an external coupling size of 6.181. The total proposed well bore depth is 23,168. All drilling rig and support equipment is place on primary polymer containment. | |
0434380061 | 2015-07-15 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On this day I was on site for a 15:00 pm conductor cement job call out. Upon arrival I was notified that the drilling rig had broke down and the job was going to be pushed back until 09:00 am on 07/16/2015. The 32 borehole was drilled to 100 with no freshwater encountered and the drill line cable had broke causing the rig to not to be able to retreive the drill assembly from th rig out of the hole. |
0840073460 | 2015-07-16 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | The said well was spudded on 07/14/2015 by Well Service Groups top hole rig with a 32 x 100 conductor borehole being drilled. Allied Cement Service was on location to cement the 26 x 100 conductor pipe using 262 sacks of class A cement with circulation established prior to cementing and good cement returns witnessed to surface. |
