| I was on location to observe the Cement Bond Evaluation and pressure test of the 7 casing. Baker Hughes was providing the logging services and Hilco Treating Services was providing the pressure testing services. Hilco top off the 7 casing with Brine then tied into the casing ( through a 2 port ) to catch any fluid displaced by the logging tools and wireline. Permit Construction Conitions require a preesure test of a minimum of 525 psi held for a 15 minute duration. Hilco pressured up on the casing to 600 psi and isolated the 7 casing from the pump truck. Air was bled out of the system repeatedly and @ 1349Hrs. Hilco pressured up to 600 psi. to start the test. At 1354Hrs. - 600 psi., at 1359 Hrs.- 593 psi., at 1404 Hrs. - 590 psi., test ended at 1408 Hrs. with final pressure reading of 590 psi. A 10 Lbs. pressure drop is within the 5% alowable. Test passed.

| I was on location for a MIT.  I met with Carey Morgan with Cargill.  The net pressure change for the well was 0.016 psi/hr which is well below the minimum required net pressure change of 0.05 psi/hr.  I observed no leaks or spill during the test.

| I was on location to observe the Cement Bond Evaluation and pressure testing of the 7 casing. Baker Hughes was providing the logging services and Hilco Treating Services was providing the  pressure testing services. Hilco topped off the 7 casing from the top to eliminate any air entrapment and then tied on to a 2 port on the Pack-Off Sub to catch any Brine displaced by the logging tool and wireline. Permit Construction Conditions require a pressure test to a minimum of 525 psi for a 15 minute duration. Hilco pressured up the 7 casing to 600 psi and isolated the 7casing from the pump truck. After allowing the well to stabilize, the air was bled - off in order to conduct the test. Numerous leaks were noticed around the collar. Repair attempts were performed  and the the test moved forward. Hilco pressured up to 600 psi @ 1722 hrs.. Pressure was 590 psi @ 1727 psi. , 583 psi @ 1732 hrs. , 580 psi. @ 1737 hrs.. Total pressure drop was 20 psi through the test. A bad collar contributed to the pressure drop. Since the pressure drop was within the allowable ( 5 % = 30 psi. ) the test is considered successful.
