0366811544 2014-03-05 Production Wells Violations Noted I was on location to check compliance to Chiefs Order 2014-43. My inspection found the well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The demco valve and the dump valve to the flow line on the wellhead are open. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, a 30 barrel brine tank, and a separator. There was an identification sign posted on the production tank. The dike meets containment requirements. Two flow line valves exiting the separator were open. There was a production chart inside the separator with no date. According to our database, Big Sky has failed to file annual production records from 2007 to 2012. The lease road was in stable condition with a closed gate. Photos were taken of all the production equipment. The well was in production which was in non-compliance of Chiefs order #2014-43. The well needs to be shut-in immediately.
