| I stopped at the drilling pad to check on the conductor rig move-in progress.  I found the pad largely built.  The chain link fence to surround the pad was not yet installed.  The dirt work appeared completed, and erosion prevention measures have been taken.  The conductor rig was not yet on location.  While there, a truck with conductor casing did arrive.  The Pitts 22-14-4 3H and 8H were both staked.  I took GPS readings for both wells, and the access road entry.

| I was onsite to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. There are a total of six wells on the pad. Access road entry is on east side of Nature Road NE approximately 1.17 miles south of Merline Road NE. There is a sign board at the entrance featuring the well names, permit numbers and emergency contact information. There is a padlocked gate at the entrance of the access road. The access road is in good repair, and drainage and erosion controls are in place. Ground cover is well established along the access road. I found the drilling/production pad to be enclosed entirely with a chain link fence with barbed wire at the top, and with a padlocked gate. The pad has a crushed limestone surface, and is in good repair. The well is constructed with a
