| My inspection found the well in production.  I noticed oil and brine stained gravel throughout the tank battery.  Also, there was oil and brine stained grass in a wet area on the outside of the tank battery on the north side; the impacted area was approximately 10' by 20'.  Peat moss was spread through the tank battery and the wet grassy area.  Two 2" load lines next to the production tanks were missing plugs and the separator was completely oil stained.  I dug a 6" sump inside the tank battery and performed a chloride test using a high level Quantab.  Then, I performed 3 chloride tests outside the tank battery in the impacted grassy area using high level Quantabs.  The Quantab test result from inside the tank battery was approximately 3,800 part per million.  The three Quantab test results from the wet grassy area was approximately 400 parts per million each.  I performed two pH tests in the wet grassy area and the results came to 7.  Photos of the entire area were taken.  During my inspection, Bobby Barr Jr. arrived on location.  Bobby stated he knew about the oil and brine stained gravel and grass.  Bobby claimed a backhoe and other equipment was in route to the tank battery to begin clean-up operations.  I instructed Bobby to remove all of the impacted gravel and grass and replace with clean gravel.  I told Bobby to reseed the area impacted on the north side of tank battery.  Also, I told Bobby to install two, 2" plugs on the load lines and to clean up the oil stained separator.

| I conducted a follow-up inspection.  My inspection found the belt on the motor for the pumping unit fixed.  I noticed rods and tubing covered by grass that needed removed.  The proper identification was posted at the tank battery.  I sent Jamie Campbell of Big Sky an email asking for the rods and tubing to be cleaned up.  I will perform a follow-up inspection by 11/09/2012.

| I conducted a production well inspection status check.  My inspection found the well equipped with a pumping unit that was in good condition.  The tank battery contained two, 100 barrel oil/brine storage tanks, a separator, and the proper identification.  I noticed the motor running at the pumping unit with a broken belt and oil stained gravel at the tank battery.  I called Jaime Campbell at 440-858-7252 to tell him the belt needed repaired and the oil stained gravel needed removed.  I will conduct a follow-up inspection by 10/01/2012.

| My inspection found Big Sky still cleaning up the oil and brine stained gravel inside the tank battery.  The two, 2" load line plugs were still missing.  I called Bobby Barr, Jr. concerning the clean-up operations.  Bobby stated Big Sky was working on removing more of the impacted material and that the plugs would be installed today.  I will continue to monitor the operations.

I will continue to monitor the operations.
