| I completed an Urban Preliminary Restoration inspection.  My inspection found the well surrounded by a chain link fence and equipped with a plunger lift unit (rabbit).  The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence and contained one 210 barrel storage tanks, one 50 barrel brine storage tank, the proper identification posted, and a separator.  The production equipment had the proper spacing, the pit were closed, and all the debris removed.  The site has been graded and seeded to prevent erosion and sedimentation.  Inspection passed.
